Here in Greater Des Moines, it's easy to be a kid. Whether your concept of household fun is a skate park, a smash park, an amusement park, or a real park, Des Moines is the perfect escape, no matter if you're young or simply young at heart.
Gee, what could be more enjoyable than spring break with the kids? Those lovely kids getting on the couch, battling with each other, making a mess everywhere they go. It suffices to drive a moms and dad wild. So, get out of the house. Here's a list of things you can do with the rugrats free of charge, and they're enjoyable, too.
Hike to the leading and delight in the views. The main garden is open day-to-day sunrise to sunset. The Kids Adventure Garden is open on Sundays from 11 a.m.-3 p.m. 400 W. Gainsborough Roadway, Thousand Oaks. . The outside park is free to go to every day from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
